Our promise
Plazator holds some of the most sensitive information a plaza owner has: leases, rent amounts, tenant contacts, payment history. We treat it accordingly. The data you keep in Plazator is never sold, never rented, never traded, and never shared with any third party — not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with other landlords, not with anyone. It is used for exactly one purpose: running Plazator for you. (This marketing website is a separate matter, and a smaller one — see this marketing website below.)
What we collect
Only what you put in. Your account details (name, email, phone), the property records you create (plazas, units, tenants, contracts, charges, payments), the documents you upload (lease PDFs, cheque photos), and — if you use the AI phone agent — recordings and summaries of tenant calls. We don't buy data about you or your tenants from anywhere else, and we never follow your activity in Plazator around the web.
How we use it
To provide the service you signed up for: computing what tenants owe, keeping your ledger, extracting terms from documents you upload, answering and summarizing tenant calls, and sending the notifications you've asked for. That's the whole list. We don't use your data for advertising, we don't build profiles, and we don't use your data to train AI models.
Who can see it
You and the people you invite to your organization. Nobody else's account can ever see your data — every record is isolated to your organization. Plazator staff access customer data only when you ask us to help with something, and only as far as needed to help.
Service providers
Like every modern service, Plazator runs on infrastructure we don't own — cloud hosting and storage, the AI models that read your documents and answer calls, and the carriers that deliver email and phone service. These providers process data solely on our behalf, under contracts that prohibit them from using it for anything else. They are plumbing, not partners: none of them may keep, sell, or use your data for their own purposes, including training their models.
This marketing website
Everything above is about Plazator the product. This public website (plazator.com) is advertised on Facebook and Instagram, and it carries the Meta advertising pixel so we can tell which ads actually bring people here. That pixel tells Meta that a browser visited a page on this site, and — if you submit the demo request form — that a demo was requested. Meta may connect that to your Facebook or Instagram account. If you'd rather it didn't, an ad blocker or your browser's tracking protection will stop it, and Meta's own ad settings let you limit how your activity is used.
What the pixel never receives is content: not your name, email address, phone number, company, or anything you type into a form, and nothing whatsoever from inside the Plazator app. The details you enter on the demo form go to our sales team, along with the campaign that referred you, and are used only to contact you about Plazator. The app itself — where your leases, tenants and payments live — carries no advertising or analytics trackers at all.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit, stored in access-controlled infrastructure, and backed up regularly. Access within Plazator is limited to what each person needs to do their job.
Your data stays yours
You can export your records at any time, and if you leave, you can ask us to delete everything — we will, permanently. We keep your data only as long as you're a customer, plus whatever the law requires us to retain (like financial records).
